Angelina is a certified Mat Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in strength training, movement mechanics, and body awareness. With over four years of experience as a personal trainer and a background in competitive bodybuilding, she brings a unique blend of strength, precision, and intentional movement to her teaching.
While competing in bodybuilding, Angelina discovered Pilates as a powerful cross-training method and quickly fell in love with the benefits it brought to her performance, including improved core strength, stability, mobility, and overall body control. That experience shaped her approach to movement and sparked her passion for helping others build balanced, resilient bodies through Pilates. She is currently completing Equinox’s 450 hour comprehensive Pilates certification program to further deepen her expertise in alignment, control, and functional strength.
Angelina also teaches fitness classes for children through a homeschool program, reflecting her ability to make movement engaging and accessible across all ages. Her teaching style is detail-oriented, supportive, and empowering, creating an environment where clients feel both challenged and confident as they build strength, stability, and lasting body awareness.
