Reform I
View ScheduleThis class is designed for clients that are new to Pilates, who need a refresher, or simply want to focus on the basics. You will learn the fundamentals of Pilates and build your foundation one exercise at a time. Pilates is most effective when performed with the best form possible.

View ScheduleThis is a progressive reformer class perfect for those with previous reformer experience that are seeking a more dynamic challenge. Focus on enhancing your technique, layering progressions and improving strength, stability and coordination through more complex movements.
Intermediate
Reform Tower
View ScheduleThis mixed-apparatus class utilizes the reformer and tower to challenge your body through different planes of motion. Expect fundamental exercises with progressions designed to build strength, stability, coordination, and mobility.

Athletic Reformer
View ScheduleGet ready to burn & sculpt in this athletic reformer class! Designed for those who love a challenge, this class delivers a deep, satisfying burn while staying true to fundamental Pilates principles. We’ll target major muscle groups (expect lunges, squats, planks, pushups) using props, the tower attachment, and hand weights, all set to upbeat music that keeps the energy high and your mind–body connection strong.
Intermediate/Advanced*
*Strong technique and confidence on the reformer required.
*Requirements: Intermediate level classes taken before.
Cardio Reformer
View ScheduleThis high-intensity, low-impact workout blends Pilates and cardio using the jump board. Jumping while lying down allows for a low-impact cardio session that targets both the core and glutes and helps to improve your cardiovascular health while being gentle on the joints. This is a great cardio option for those who have poor balance or knee and joint pain.

Restorative Reformer
View ScheduleThis all-levels restorative class will guide you through a series of slow, intentional movements and stretches designed to improve flexibility and mobility, release built-up tension, and restore posture. Expect a blend of dynamic and static stretches, posture exercises and core work.
