Our private and duet sessions are tailored specifically to you—your body, your goals, and how you want to feel. Private training is also ideal if you’re working through an injury, managing chronic pain, or navigating rehabilitation. Pilates is often recommended as part of a holistic recovery plan—even before considering surgical options. Our instructors are experienced in working with clients with specific needs, including those transitioning from physical therapy, recovering from surgery, or moving through pregnancy and postpartum.
