About Miranda

Miranda is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor (500-hour) specializing in private, personalized instruction. With a year of dedicated teaching experience, she brings a dynamic and intuitive approach to movement, grounded in her lifelong background in gymnastics, dance, and mixed martial arts. This foundation in bodyweight training, biomechanics, and physiology shapes her programming, allowing her to create sessions that are technically precise and authentic.

A devoted practitioner of the classical Pilates tradition, Miranda favors mat-based work as the foundation of her teaching. She brings the method's history to life in her sessions, weaving in fun facts and historical lessons about Joseph Pilates and the practice's origins. She also holds a BS in Psychology from UC San Diego (2023), which informs her integrated approach to mind‑body wellness, and she weaves somatic principles into her teaching to help clients cultivate awareness, reduce tension, and build sustainable strength.

Known for her kindness, humor, and supportive presence, Miranda delivers diverse yet challenging classes rooted in form, focus, and intention.
