Monica has been teaching Pilates for four years, but her journey deepened after becoming a mom. Following the birth of her son, Max, she became fascinated by how profoundly the body changes during and after pregnancy. That experience led her to dive headfirst into specialty certifications in prenatal and postpartum corrective exercise. She loves being able to provide a well rounded experience for her clients and enjoys pursuing deeper knowledge of Pilates and the human body.
Today, she teaches both private sessions and group classes, blending precise cueing with an encouraging, down-to-earth style. Monica loves helping clients feel strong, supported, and truly connected to their bodies.
